Pickleball Coach/Instructor
Locations: Various Locations (Offsite) Outdoor/Indoor
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time/Seasonal
Responsibilities:

Able to work independently
-
Experience working with adults & youth in a recreational or sports setting.

Lead group and private lessons for players of all skill levels
-
Teach, demonstrate, present and implement curriculum in programs/trainings/classes
-
Create a positive and engaging learning environment
-
Assist in organizing and running pickleball events, tournaments, and clinics
-
Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to players
-
Promote programming with registrants you teach

Participate in trainings as needed
Required Qualifications:
Required:

A strong interest in pickleball and basic knowledge of the sport’s rulebook and simple techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with players of all ages and abilities.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in teaching or coaching adult & youth sports
INSTRUCTOR ASSISTANT-ON COURT
Reports to Lead Pickleball Instructor
The On-Site Pickleball Instructor Assistant will work alongside the lead pickleball instructor to deliver high-quality pickleball lessons to players of all skill levels. The Assistant will be involved in preparing the courts, assisting with drills and techniques, providing support during lessons, and ensuring the overall safety and enjoyment of participants.
Key Responsibilities:

Lesson Support:

Assist the lead instructor in running pickleball programs

Help demonstrate drills, techniques, and game strategies to players.

Set up and break down equipment for each lesson or event (nets, balls, paddles).

Monitor participants for safety and proper etiquette during play.
Physical Demands:
-
Ability to stand, walk, and engage in physical activity for extended periods.
-
Ability to lift and move sports equipment (e.g., nets, paddles, balls).

Ability to assist in setting up courts and facilities for lessons
