THESE POLICIES ARE DESIGNED TO ENHANCE YOUR EXPERIENCE with us!
ALL PROGRAMS PERFORMANCE PICKLEBALL LLC REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience at our pickleball program classes. If for any reason you are unable to attend or are dissatisfied with the classes, please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds are ultimately at the behest of the entity in which you registered.

Refund policies varies with those entities. Please become familiar with your City, Business or organization in which your payment was made to. As each have different refund policies.
​​Refunds are available if a class is canceled by Performance Pickleball LLC due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, instructor availability, etc.)
If you are unable to attend a class, you may be eligible for a refund or credit towards another class under the following conditions.

Time Frame for Refund Requests

Refunds will only be "considered" if requested at least 7 days before the start of the class by the entity your paid and registered with.

Requests made within 7 days of the class start date will not be eligible for a refund but may be eligible for a class credit (valid for up to 6 months).

Performance Pickleball LLC Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact the entity/city in which whom you paid directly with your proof of registration.

Must have prior written approval for a refund to be granted from the entity in which you paid directly.

Entities will issue refunds back to the original payment method or via written check within 10 business days of the approval.

Class Cancellations or Reschedules:
-
If a class is canceled by a contracted entity that you paid directly, please refer to their posted refund policy.

If a class is cancelled by a payment you made to Performance Pickleball LLC directly, we will do our very best to try and reschedule.

If Performance Pickleball LLC is unable to reschedule you will receive a partial refund the class(es) missed.

No-Show and Late Arrivals: Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or for registrants who arrive late and are unable to participate.

Transfers and Substitutions: You may NOT transfer your class registration to another person.

Exclusions: We do not offer refunds; however we are willing to arrange and discuss any special circumstances.

Refund Processing Fees: Please note, some processing fees may apply to refunds in certain situations.
